What happens if I hit my AI report cap?

Nothing breaks. Scoring, rankings, athlete CSV/PDF exports, and judge tools keep working — only new AI feedback generation pauses until renewal. If you're close to the cap mid-season, email us and we'll sort you out. Most coaches never hit it.

Do I have to enter a card to start?

What if my program grows mid-season?

Who can judge, and do judges pay?

Judges are always free on every plan. You invite them with a one-time code (or magic link) — they sign in on their phone or tablet, score the athletes you assign them, and that's it. They never see billing.

Yes. Judging is mobile-first — judges score on phones or tablets while you watch the floor. Coaches can monitor progress live from any device.

How does the AI feedback report actually work?

After a tryout, you generate a one-page report per athlete: a plain-English summary of their strengths and growth areas based on every judge's scores and comments. You preview it in-app, edit your own coaching tips, approve or rewrite anything a judge wrote, then export to PDF when you're happy. Nothing is sent to parents automatically.

Can I close signups before tryout day?

Yes. Each tryout has a signup close date — after it passes, the public signup page shows a friendly "signups are closed, contact your coach" message instead of the form.

Will my data stay mine if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Always. You can export every athlete, score, ranking, and report to CSV or PDF at any time, on any plan. If you cancel, your data isn't deleted — you can resubscribe later and pick up where you left off.
